Medical Boarding & Grooming

We provide medical boarding exclusively for dogs who require extra care during their stay. This service is designed for pets with health conditions or special needs that require daily monitoring and medication management.

  1. Care provided by trained veterinary staff during business hours
  2. Medication administration (oral, injectable, or topical)
  3. Monitoring of chronic conditions (such as diabetes, heart disease, or post-surgical recovery)
  4. Safe, comfortable environment with quick access to veterinary care if needed

Please note:

Our team is not onsite 24/7. Pets are monitored during regular hospital hours, but no overnight staff is present.

Our fam loves this place! My wife’s been bringing our pup here since before I knew her & always raved about Dr. Martin & the excellent vet techs working alongside him. Today we brought our 9 year old bunny, Gus, to Dr. Martin for a routine check-up. The staff was amazing with what is considered an “exotic animal”. They were knowledgeable, made Gus comfortable, & appreciated the way we’ve been loving him & taking care of him. Appointments are always fairly priced, efficient, & a pleasant experience. I know there are some great vets in Dallas but I truly think this place is the best of them all.

I highly recommend Vickery Place Animal Hospital! Despite having other practices closer to our home, our pugs get all their veterinary care at VPAH because of the quality care they receive there. We always receive good communication from the veterinarians and vet techs, who have treated some serious conditions over the years. VPAH is the only place we feel comfortable leaving any of our pets on the rare occasion when we need to board. They also have good relationships with some of the rescue groups in town.
